Junior Administrator / Office Administrator – Join a Growing Security Company

Location: Mallusk

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent 0830-1700hrs

Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 per year depending on experience (T&C apply)

We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and motivated Administrator to become an essential part of our growing security company in Mallusk, Newtownabbey. If you enjoy keeping things organised, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing calls, emails, and client enquiries professionally.
Maintaining company databases
Maintaining filing system both electronic and paper based.
Compiling Sales Specifications
Carry out any other administrative duties required to support the business

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with clients and colleagues.
Positive, reliable, and eager to learn.
Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Experience within the security industry is an advantage, but not essential—we value the right attitude just as much as experience.
