About Let's Go Padel
Let's Go Padel is Northern Ireland's fastest growing Padel network, with sites across Belfast, Derry / Londonderry, Lurgan, Omagh, Newry, Ballyclare, Hillview, Ballymoney, Ballygawley and beyond. We are scaling rapidly toward 14+ sites by the end of 2026 — building a market-leading leisure brand that goes far beyond court hire.
Our sites are community hubs — places where players of all abilities come to compete, socialise, get fit and belong. We run leagues, socials, coaching, corporate events and community programmes.
We are looking for people who want to run something — not just work in something. A Padel player with ambition!
The Role
As Site Manager, you are the general manager of your venue. You are accountable for the commercial performance, operational standards, financial control and culture of your site. You lead a team, manage costs, drive revenue and build a Padel community.
Performance is noticed. As the network expands, those who consistently deliver will be considered for additional responsibility. Opportunity follows results — it is not guaranteed, but it is available to those who earn it.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Commercial Performance
You own the weekly sales target for your site. You monitor revenue daily, drive retail and event income
2. Off-Peak Sales Growth & Community Outreach
Off-peak is where the opportunity is. You build local relationships, bring new groups to your site and convert them into regulars. This is not a marketing function — it starts with you in the community.
3. Wage Control & Labour Management
18% is the maximum wage-to-sales ratio. Staffing must be aligned to demand. You are accountable for labour costs every week.
4. People Management & Team Leadership
Your team reflects your leadership. You set the standard on every shift, address non-compliance immediately and invest in the people who invest in the site. Good performance recognised on the spot — it builds the culture you need
5. Site Operations & Standards
Courts ready, reception staffed, site clean — before the first booking, every day. Opening and closing standards are non-negotiable.
6. Customer Engagement
You create the environment people want to come back to. You know your regulars, can talk padel, and build the kind of community that makes your site the place people belong.
7. Weekend Commitment &

- Visible, active leadership — not an office shift
