Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Senior Bartender to elevate our guests’ experience through exceptional beverage service and engaging hospitality. As a key member of our team, you will craft innovative cocktails, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Your expertise in food safety, serving, and time management will help create memorable moments that keep guests coming back. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills while maintaining high standards of service in a dynamic environment.

Duties

Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, specialty drinks, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks that enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to ensure smooth operations
Locking and cashing up procedures
Train and mentor junior bartenders to uphold service quality and consistency
Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
Ensure responsible serving practices by verifying guest IDs and monitoring alcohol consumption

Skills

Extensive knowledge of hospitality principles and excellent customer service skills
Strong understanding of food safety regulations related to beverage preparation and service
Proven experience in restaurant or bar environments, demonstrating reliability and professionalism
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and inventory management
Exceptional time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse guests and team members
Leadership qualities to guide junior staff and foster a positive team atmosphere
