NHS Fife is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated Medicines Management Support Worker to join our Medicines Management Team. This is a fantastic chance to join the Medicines Management Team and assist in the delivery of NHS Fife Medicines Optimisation programme.
As a Medicines Management Support Worker in Medicines Management, your role will be to carry out Medicines Optimisation changes following the directions in the Project Implementation Guides. This will include the sending out of communications to the patients and the updating of the patient record detailing the switch. You will be supported in this by the Senior Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician in the team.
