Ethos Health (Scotland) Limited is a growing occupational health provider with a small, supportive team. We are seeking a qualified Occupational Health Advisor to join us and contribute to the delivery of high-quality occupational health services to our clients across the Central Belt of Scotland. Essential Criteria
- Registered Nurse with current registration through Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Recognised Occupational Health qualification (Degree)
- Experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor.
- Strong case management and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
- Experience delivering health surveillance programmes.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
Responsibilities
- Case Management
- Provide fitness-for-work advice and recommendations.
- Undertake health surveillance programmes.
- Deliver vaccination and immunisation services where required.
- Provide advice and support for sickness absence management and employee return to work.
- Prepare clear and professional occupational health reports.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with professional standards.
- Work in-compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and professional guidelines.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and organise appointments efficiently.
Pay: £48,000.00-£56,000.00 per year
