The Role
We’re looking for time-served, experienced Roofers who take pride in their work and want to be part of a professional, forward-thinking team, and who want to expand their skill-set and develop in new areas as well as deliver high-quality works in their specialist field.
You’ll be working on commercial, educational and health care properties, delivering both planned maintenance & reactive repairs, and delivering small to large scale projects using modern systems and techniques.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Working as part of a skilled team on roofing maintenance, repairs & projects
· Investigating, diagnosing and solving water ingress issues in commercial buildings
· Installing and repairing a wide range of roofing systems
· Delivering high-quality workmanship with attention to detail
· Working safely at height, following strict HSE standards
· Representing TEAM professionally on client sites
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years’ roofing experience (commercial preferred) Confident, competent & skilled at working with modern & traditional roofing systems, including a specialist in one or more of the following:
· Felt, Single ply (Protan, Bauder, Sika), Pitched Roofing (slating & tiling)
· Liquid roofing applications such as LRS or CGL
· Competencies to include: Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Comfortable working at height Full UK driving licence Age 25+ (insurance requirement for company vehicles)
Desirable (But Not Essential)
· IPAF (1b, 3a, 3b)
· PASMA
· SSS/TS
· First Aid / Harness Awareness / Manual Handling
· NVQ in Roofing (Slating & Tiling or Cladding)
· Experience with leak detection & reactive maintenance

· Competitive hourly rate (£21.00 – £22.75)
