Summary
As a Sandwich Maker, you will be integral to our food service team, responsible for preparing and serving high-quality sandwiches while adhering to food safety standards. Reporting to the Store manager, you will utilize your core skills in serving and food safety, alongside your premium skills in food preparation and restaurant experience, to create delicious offerings. Your relevant skills in time management, basic math, and kitchen experience will ensure efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
- Ensure proper food handling and storage practices are followed.
- Assist in food preparation and maintain inventory of ingredients.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members.
- Manage time efficiently to meet customer demands during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements
- Excellent time management abilities to ensure timely service
- Culinary experience is a plus
