Location: Granville Ecopark, Dungannon, Northern Ireland

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

The Company:

Summary of Role:

To supervise all maintenance activities including people management to a large, anaerobic digestion facility whilst being hands on with the maintenance and operational processes.

Responsibilities:

Ensure high levels of Health, Safety and Environmental practice with a duty of care to yourself and others.
Maintain and operate the plant following policy and procedure.
Supervisor of technicians and operator personnel.
Managing the maintenance processes including PPM inspections, reactive maintenance, and projects.
Implement and manage a robust yet simple reactive and planned maintenance program in line with the group engineering and Maintenance policies on a variety of mechanical, electrical, gas and fluid processing equipment.
Lead any assigned projects to ensure that process security and performance is maintained throughout.
Management and control of contractors.
Ensure the site has sufficient and capable personnel, through recruitment, training and development and effective management.
Assist in the design and implementation of process improvements to enhance the facility and operations on review of plant efficiencies and operational KPI's.
Oversee procurement and ensure thorough management of general and critical spares stock.
Management of the Asset register.
Complete On Call duties as per the rota.
Meet company KPI’s and budget expectations by effective management and operation of the plant.
Report on Maintenance KPI as set by the group maintenance manager.
Compilation of job close-out reports and commissioning of projects and remedial works to assets.
