JOB TITLE: Dispatch Co-Ordinator
REPORTING TO: Fitting Shop Supervisor
JOB PURPOSE: The purpose of this role is to support the safe and efficient preparation of finished crushing and screening equipment for dispatch. The role involves dismantling and configuring machines for transport, maximising container space while ensuring products are protected and securely packed for shipping. The position also ensures accurate recording of machine weights, completion of dispatch documentation, and applies industry knowledge of screening controls and functions to support quality standards and on-time delivery. Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet critical dispatch schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Previous fitting experience in the crushing and screening industry.
2. Knowledge of screening controls and functions.
3. Dismantle finished products and or configure for transport.
4. Maximise container space whilst taking care of finished products.
5. Identify ways to safely secure goods for container shipping
6. Ensure weights for finished machines are recorded and documentation for dispatch available
7. Flexibility on working schedule to meet critical dispatch times and dates.
