Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Groundworker to join our growing team. Our work mainly involves site finishing, including external works around new-build housing developments, roads, and drainage.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys working as part of a professional team.

Key Responsibilities

Site finishing on new-build housing developments
Kerbing, edging and paving
Slabbing and block paving
Installing and repairing drainage systems
Road and footpath construction
Topsoiling, landscaping preparation and finishing works
Operating small plant and tools where qualified
Working safely and maintaining a clean, organised site

Requirements

Previous experience as a Groundworker (minimum 2 years preferred)
Experience in site finishing and drainage work
Valid CSCS Card (essential)
CPCS/NPORS plant tickets would be an advantage but are not essential
Full UK Driving Licence preferred
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
