Job Summary:
No1 Server Cloud & Infrastructure Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Business Development Director – Cloud Solutions to lead strategic growth initiatives, enterprise sales efforts, partnership development, and market expansion across our cloud and infrastructure services portfolio. This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth, secure high-value client relationships, and expand our presence within the rapidly evolving cloud technology sector.
We are looking for a strategic business leader who can identify emerging opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and accelerate business growth through innovative cloud solutions and customer-focused strategies.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Identify and secure new enterprise clients, strategic partnerships, and cloud services opportunities
- Lead sales initiatives for cloud infrastructure, managed services, hosting solutions, and digital transformation projects
- Build and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers, technology leaders, and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support long-term business growth objectives
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
- Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions
- Establish and monitor business development performance metrics and revenue targets
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and technology forums
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing business development and sales teams
Requirements:
- Experience in business development, enterprise sales, cloud services, technology solutions, IT consulting, or related executive roles
- Strong leadership and relationship-building capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience driving revenue growth and managing strategic client relationships
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of technology markets
- Ability to develop and execute growth strategies within competitive environments
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are advantageous but not essential

Pay: £9,500.00-£15,500.00 per month
