Due to this exciting growth, Sculpted by Aimee are seeking a full time Store Manager to lead our Belfast team. If you have retail leadership experience, with a background in the beauty and makeup industry, are passionate about providing an amazing customer journey and love all things Sculpted, we want to hear from you!

Accountabilities include:

Oversee effective day-to-day store operations and processes.
Manage, inspire and empower your team by building trust, leading by example, and delivering effective training and development.
Coach and motivate your team to drive sales and exceed store sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Monitor, develop and record the shop floor activity and provide regular feedback and updates to management.
Be present on the shop floor and continuously demonstrate an excellent customer experience and after-sales service.
Play a leading role in maintaining a positive, inclusive and professional working environment and recognize achievements within the team.
Be a brand ambassador at all times and empower your team to promote the brands culture internally and externally.
Ability to offer a strong level of expertise in make-up and beauty techniques.
Assisting with customer make-up queries in relation to shade matching and Sculpted products.
Assisting with in-store events and masterclasses when required.
Ability to use POS software and other digital systems required to successfully support sales in-store.
Maintain organisation, grooming and appearance standards.
Cash up in accordance with company procedures and policies, at all times with employees and customer safety as the uppermost priority.
Manage, contribute & support back of house operations and processes, e.g. stock control, inventories and reporting.
Oversee the opening and closing procedures for your store and ensure pristine store environment and standards are maintained.
Manage the VM guidelines implementation and train the team on all VM standards.
Develop positive relationships with the store team, Area Manager and Head Office.
Be a Sculpted Brand Ambassador with your attitude and on-brand grooming.
Convey passion for the brand and master 'Sculpted' storytelling.

Experience needed:

Retail management experience in a similar setting, is essential.
Relevant experience managing a high-traffic store, driving team targets and KPI’s as they relate to overall store revenue.
Experience creating and managing team rostering and shift assignments.
Makeup / Beauty background and / or experience. A certified makeup qualification is desirable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with store visitors and customers.
Proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver value.
Excellent attention to detail.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
