We are looking for an IT Governance & Training Analyst to support the delivery of security awareness, reporting, and governance initiatives across our global organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional or recent graduate looking to build a career in cybersecurity, governance, risk, and compliance. You will work closely with technical and business teams, helping to improve security awareness, analyse data, and support vulnerability management activities that strengthen the organisation's overall security posture.
This is a position that can be based either in Hull, Uk or in Dublin, Ireland.

Support the administration and optimisation of the organisation's Learning Management System and security awareness platform

Coordinate global training campaigns and phishing simulation exercises

Monitor engagement levels and help drive improvements in security awareness across the business

Produce reports, dashboards, and insights on training, compliance, and risk-related metrics

Support the tracking and reporting of vulnerability remediation activities

Provide actionable data and analysis to engineering, service desk, and management teams

Assist in the development of governance processes, reporting standards, and performance metrics

Ensure activities align with internal policies, compliance requirements, and security objectives

Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline (preferred)

Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply

Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), with experience administering or supporting one considered beneficial

Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, particularly Excel

Ability to analyse information and present findings through clear, informative reports

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools (desirable)

Understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) (desirable)

Experience with KnowBe4 or similar security awareness platforms (desirable)

Exposure to vulnerability management concepts or cybersecurity principles (desirable)
