We have multiple permanent opportunities for Property Cleaners to work on empty Local Authority properties in Inverclyde.

A driving licence is essential for this position.

The role

Ensure empty domestic properties are cleaned to a high standard whilst meeting all health and safety regulations.
Work to deadlines to ensure the turnaround time for the property is kept to a minimum.
Drive between properties to clean and clear social housing.

Required skill set and experience

Demonstrable experience in a similar role
Driving licence
Experience in deep cleaning or industrial environments is preferred
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Driven and able to work and pace with maintaining an excellent level of attention to detail
