We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse & Operations Assistant to join our growing classic car parts business. Based in the Sundon Park area of Luton, we supply a range of classic car parts to UK and International customers.

This role would especially suit a young person starting out in their career who is keen to learn, gain practical experience, and develop a wide range of workplace skills and offers an excellent opportunity to build valuable experience in a busy and supportive working environment.

If you have an interest in cars, engineering, mechanics, or practical hands-on work, this could be an especially rewarding opportunity. You'll gain experience across warehousing, stock control, logistics, and business operations while working with parts for classic and specialist vehicles.

Experience is not necessary – attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are far more important to us.

Main Duties

· General warehouse duties and manual handling

· Assembly and preparation of products

· Picking, packing, and dispatching orders

· Stock control and inventory management

· Entering and maintaining stock data on computer systems

· Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe

· Keeping work vehicles clean

· Assisting with other day-to-day operational tasks as required

What We're Looking For

· Good basic education, including literacy and numeracy skills

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn

· Good attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Comfortable with physical and hands-on work

· Good communication skills in English

· Basic computer skills would be an advantage

· An interest in cars, mechanics, engineering, or practical problem-solving would be beneficial, although not essential

This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, 9:30am–5:30pm, with an immediate start available. Weekend or shift-work is not required.
