About the Role

Lincoln House Surgeryis looking to welcome a Salaried GP to our established and supportive team. This is a role designed with sustainability in mind – combining a manageable workload, a collaborative culture, and the flexibility modern general practice needs.

There is flexibility of 4 or 6 sessions. We offer competitive sessional rates, enhanced annual leave, and study leave (1 week pro rata), alongside a genuinely supportive working environment.

This post offers salaried sessions within a practice that values mutual trust, flexibility, and work–life balance. You’ll be joining an experienced multidisciplinary team committed to delivering excellent patient care.

A balanced mix of clinical sessions supported by an efficient triage system
Realistic and sustainable workload expectations
Strong day-to-day support from experienced GP colleagues and the wider team
Opportunities to shape how we deliver care as the practice continues to evolve

What you’ll be doing:

Providing high-quality, patient-centred primary care
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Contributing to clinical governance and quality improvement

About the Candidate

All applicants should have the following qualifications:

Applicants MUST have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or support visa applications for this role.
Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
On the NHSE Medical Performers List
Committed to delivering high standards of patient care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
