We manufacture bespoke cable assemblies, harnesses, looms, and network solutions for some of the world’s most demanding sectors — including Aerospace, Defence, Telecoms, Rail, and Satellite systems. Our reputation is built on precision, innovation, and quality.

Now, we’re looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our team and play a key role in shaping both our technical solutions and customer success.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll sit at the heart of the business — connecting customers and production to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

Engaging directly with customers to understand technical requirements
Developing bespoke cable assembly solutions
Producing accurate quotations and technical proposals
Creating CAD drawings and supporting documentation
Supporting production teams with technical expertise and problem-solving
Developing prototypes and refining manufacturing processes
Writing clear work instructions and test procedures
Ensuring compliance with standards such as AS9100
Acting as a key link between sales, production, and quality teams
Building strong, long-term client relationships

What we’re looking for

You’ll likely have:

Hands-on experience with cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, or electrical systems
The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Experience with AutoCAD (2D) or similar (desirable, not essential)
Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers
A proactive mindset and a desire to learn and grow
