Door Supervisor (2 Positions Available)

Clearwater People is currently recruiting two experienced Door Supervisors to join our team at Mecca Bingo Luton. We are looking for reliable, professional, and customer-focused individuals who can perform their duties with accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence is essential for this role. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.

Working Hours

Monday: 20:30 - 09:00 (12.5 hours)
Tuesday: 20:30 - 09:00 (12.5 hours)
Wednesday: 20:30 - 09:00 (12.5 hours)
Thursday: 20:30 - 09:00 (12.5 hours)
Friday: 18:00 - 09:00 (15 hours)
Saturday: 18:00 - 09:00 (15 hours)
Sunday: 18:00 - 09:00 (15 hours)

The successful candidates will work as a two-person team, with all shifts covered by both Door Supervisors to ensure effective site security and customer safety at all times

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and visitors.
Monitor and control access to the premises.
Conduct regular patrols and security checks as required.
Respond professionally to incidents and emergencies.
Enforce company policies and venue regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and assistance to customers where needed.
Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records.

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience as a Door Supervisor or in a similar security role.
Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
In-depth knowledge of legal regulations relating to security presence and conduct.
Excellent understanding of public safety and security procedures and protocols.
Strong communication and conflict-management skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
