Full job description

Join a Growing Team Making Energy Smarter

We're looking for friendly, motivated people to join our team as Customer Advisors, working on behalf of British Gas.

Customers will already have received a letter or email regarding a smart meter upgrade. Your role is to visit customers at their homes, explain the benefits of upgrading to a smart meter and arrange an appointment with a British Gas engineer.

This is a field-based role working outdoors within local neighbourhoods and involves walking between properties throughout the day.

What You'll Be Doing

Visiting customers at their homes.
Explaining the benefits of smart meters in a friendly and professional manner.
Arranging appointments for British Gas engineers.
Providing excellent customer service.
Working outdoors in local neighbourhoods.
Working independently while being part of a supportive team.

What We're Looking For

A confident and friendly personality.
Excellent communication and people skills.
A valid UK driving licence.
Reliable and self-motivated individuals.
Customer service or sales experience is desirable but not essential.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
