Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Team Leader to oversee daily operations within our vibrant bar environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and extensive experience in beverage service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team in a fast-paced setting while delivering memorable experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of bar staff, ensuring efficient service delivery
delegate tasks, and provide training to new staff members
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations
Assist with the preparation of beverages items.
Monitor stock levels, place orders for supplies, and manage inventory control
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
Enforce compliance with licensing laws and responsible alcohol service policies
Lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences, fostering teamwork and motivation among staff

Requirements

Proven experience in Bars leadership role
Supervising experience with team management responsibilities within a hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in drink production
Previous experience working as leader in s bar operations is advantageous
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Sound understanding of hospitality principles, including customer service excellence and hospitality etiquette
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Relevant culinary or kitchen experience is desirable but not essential; a passion for the industry is crucial
