Role Overview
We’re looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team. If you love working with young children and are committed to providing high-quality early years care, we’d love to hear from you. A term-time only contract can be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver warm, attentive, and high-quality care, ensuring children’s safety and wellbeing at all times.
Support engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development.
Foster a positive, nurturing atmosphere for children, families, and staff.
Keep the nursery environment clean, organised and compliant with health and safety standards.
Build strong relationships with parents, sharing regular updates on each child’s day and progress.
Assist with accurate record-keeping.

About You

NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent) – required
Experience in a nursery or early years setting – preferred
A solid understanding of child development and early years best practice
Warm, positive communication skills and a collaborative attitude
Organised, reliable and able to multitask
