We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to join Opus CNC – a fast-growing company at the forefront of CNC router and laser installations across the UK and Ireland.

If you’re mechanically minded, enjoy variety, and take pride in doing a great job for customers, this is your chance to join a friendly, professional team where no two days are ever the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

Installing, commissioning, and testing CNC routers on customer sites
Fine-tuning and calibrating machines for perfect precision
Delivering hands-on operator training to customers
Troubleshooting and solving problems on-site
Completing reports and sharing feedback with our technical team

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need prior CNC experience — we’ll teach you that.
We’re looking for someone who’s:

Mechanically and electrically skilled (e.g. engineering, maintenance, or fitting background)
Confident using tools and solving problems on-site
A good communicator with a friendly, professional manner
Holds a full UK driving licence and is happy travelling regularly (including nights away)
