Role Overview:
Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Project Manager (Post Contract) to manage multiple projects and programmes of varying scale and complexity across our investment portfolio.
You’ll deliver refurbishment and investment projects in occupied homes and ensure performance is in line with agreed cost, programmes, quality, and customer outcomes.
This is a hybrid role, so you’ll work between home, on site, and from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough. We’ll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading project delivery, you’ll manage contractor and supply chain performance, making sure we meet contractual, quality, and safety regulatory requirements.
- Oversee commercial performance across projects, ensuring cost, variations and financial outcomes are effectively managed.

Proactively manage risk, issues and variations, with timely resolution and escalation through governance frameworks.
- Be the key decision maker on delivery approach, contractor performance, and project changes.
- Manage reporting on project performance, providing clear and timely updates on progress, cost, risk, and outcomes.
- Monitor performance against KPIs, including cost, delivery timelines, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. You’ll manage customer outcomes, ensuring satisfaction and service standards are achieved.
- Drive continuous improvement, using performance data and insights to shape delivery.
About You:

You’ll have qualifications in Construction Management or Project Management, or proven experience in a similar role.
- A successful track record of managing projects within construction-related businesses or registered social landlords.

Experienced in managing construction processes, planning, building regulations, and carbon reduction measures.

Comprehensive understanding of health and safety, CDM regulations, design management and risk management protocols.

Extensive knowledge of cost control systems, including forecasting and actual cost reporting procedures.
