Part-time - 20 Hours (Plus potential overtime opportunities)

We are seeking a reliable and professional Minibus Driver / Chauffeur to join Hays Travel on a part-time basis. Based in Sunderland, you will be responsible for safely transporting Hays Travel colleagues across a range of locations across the UK, making flexibility a key requirement for this role.

This is a key role where professionalism, punctuality, and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Safely transport colleagues in line with scheduled journeys across the UK
Ensure all passengers have a comfortable and safe travel experience
Conduct routine vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness before and after each journey
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the minibus
Follow all road safety regulations and company policies at all times
Act as a professional representative of Hays Travel while on duty
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passengers and company matters
Flexibly support additional journeys or cover as required (overtime opportunities available)

Skills & Experience Required

Full, clean UK driving licence
Chauffeur experience
Strong commitment to safety and responsible driving practices
Excellent time management and reliability
Professional, courteous, and approachable manner
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

Additional Requirements

Must be smartly dressed and well-presented at all times while on duty
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Successful completion of a DBS check
