Poultry stockperson required for free range laying site.

The hen sheds operate 7 days per week, we operate on a rota system, below is an example of the hours required, but flexibility could be considered for the right candidate.
Role 1 - 8am to approx 2pm 4 days per week including weekend work
Main duties include;
- Packing and grading eggs
- Completing daily paperwork
- Collecting eggs
- Ensuring shed is clean and tidy
- Daily welfare checks of birds, which includes walking chickens houses identifying illness, feed problems, general flock wellbeing and building maintenance.
- Reporting any issues to management
You must be able to work on own initiative and also work as a team.
Strong work ethic and an interest in livestock/animal welfare is essential.
Previous experience is not essential, full training will be given. The successful candidates will go through multiple online training that is part of the Lion Code once in post.
Own transport is essential as no public transport.
