Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated person to join our team as a Self employed Barber on a chair rental basis.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves providing professional hair styling and barbering services, ensuring clients leave satisfied and confident. The position offers an engaging environment where creativity and customer interaction are highly valued. This will be on a chair rental basis In a modern barbershop. work schedule will be discussed. Trade test will be required

Duties

Deliver professional hair styling and barbering services tailored to individual client preferences
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide expert advice on styles and treatments
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and personalised service
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques
Assist in maintaining salon organisation, including stock management of products and tools

Experience

Proven experience in customer service within a salon or barbering environment is preferred but not necessary
Skilled in modern hair styling, barbering, and related techniques
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients
Knowledge of current hair trends and styling products is advantageous
Previous experience working as a barber will be preferred but not essential
