Job Summary
We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused 7.5T Multi-Drop Driver to join our transport team. This is a permanent role delivering to a wide range of hospitality, catering, education and healthcare customers across the South of England, including the Isle of Wight.
About the Role
You will be responsible for completing multi-drop deliveries using a 7.5 tonne, multi-temperature vehicle, ensuring deliveries are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of customer service.
Routes and vehicles will be prepared in advance, allowing you to focus on delivering on time and providing a professional service at each stop. You will unload goods at customer premises, with manual handling required, ensuring products are delivered accurately and handled with care.
This is a customer-facing role where you will build strong relationships with customers and represent the business positively on the road. You will also complete delivery paperwork, carry out daily vehicle checks, and follow all Working Time Directive and food safety procedures.
About You
You must hold a valid C1 (7.5T) or C2 licence, Driver CPC, and Digital Tachograph card, with no more than 6 penalty points.
Previous multi-drop delivery experience is preferred, ideally within a foodservice or distribution environment.
You take pride in providing a high standard of customer service and are reliable, organised, and able to manage your route effectively. You are comfortable with physical work and understand the importance of safety, accuracy, and professionalism in a customer-facing role.
