Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will be responsible for various tasks related to food and beverage service, catering, and hospitality, contributing to the smooth operation of our establishment.

Duties

Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner, adhering to service protocols in both restaurant and banqueting.
Support catering operations by setting up and clearing dining areas for events.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including dining spaces.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow and guest satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and requests with professionalism, providing recommendations when necessary.
Uphold food safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
Assist with Reception duties, inclusive of but not limited to: checking guest in and out, responding to guest enquiries and requests.

Qualifications

Previous experience would be advantageous although full training will be given.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team.
A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Pay: £10.00-£12.71 per hour
