RAD/ISTD Ballet Teacher

Part-Time - Saturday Mornings + 1-2 Weekday Evenings (flexible with scope for future development)
Severn Dance Studios is seeking an RAD/ISTD qualified Ballet Teacher to join our exceptional team and inspire the next generation of dancers from September 2026.
This is a rare opportunity to teach within a brand-new, purpose-built dance facility that has recently been selected by The Royal Ballet School as its South West Associate Centre, bringing world-class ballet training opportunities to the region.
The Role
We are looking for an inspiring and knowledgeable teacher to deliver classes on:
- Saturday mornings
- One or two weekday evenings - days can be flexible
The successful candidate will play a key role in nurturing young dancers, delivering engaging, structured and aspirational training that reflects the values and standards of Severn Dance Studios.
About You
Our ideal candidate will:
- Hold a recognised Royal Academy of Dance teaching qualification
- Have knowledge and experience of the RAD syllabus
- Inspire, motivate and develop dancers of all abilities
- Have excellent organisational skills and strong communication skills
- Be reliable, professional and enthusiastic
- Share our commitment to creating a positive, supportive and ambitious learning environment
ISTD qualifications or additional teaching experience across related disciplines would be an advantage but are not essential.
