Natural Choice Nurseries are highly regarded children's nurseries, based in South Gloucestershire. We have a position available for the right candidate into our 'work family', where you will be supported and valued. Working with both babies and toddlers, we are able to welcome the right qualified or unqualified, part-time or full-time, individual at our Charfield nursery.

Responsibilities and Duties

You will work alongside your colleagues to deliver excellent high quality childcare. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, a real team player with a hands-on, can-do positive attitude. You will be responsible for ensuring the Safeguarding and well-being of all the children in our care so they can reach their full potential.

Qualifications and Skills

All levels of qualifications will be considered and training offered for the right candidate, after probation including a full and relevant L3 (depending on previous qualifications)

Offers of employment are subject to an Enhanced DBS and two satisfactory references meeting the EYFS 2025 standard (These must be received in advance of starting to work for us!).

p.s. We are open all year round (51 weeks per year), so are unable to offer Term Time Only roles. Our shortest day available is 9am to 5pm but our longest is 7:30am to 6pm, enabling 40 hours to be worked in 4 days only (if you wish).

Charfield GL12 8LH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

Nursery: 1 year (preferred)
