We are looking for someone to join our small professional team. All work is local to Monmouth, Abergavenny, Ross-on-wye and surrounding areas. We take on a variety of landscaping and civils work, which offers a range of opportunities. Experience is essential, and you must have a full UK driving license. Pay depending on experience.

CIS SELF EMPLOYED, FULL TIME OR PART TIME POSITION AVAILABLE

We are recruiting an experienced, reliable Groundworker who can step onto a site and get straight to work. This role demands someone who knows the job, understands the standards expected, and can carry out tasks with accuracy, consistency and professionalism.

If you’re the type who turns up on time, works hard, and takes pride in doing things properly, you’ll fit the role.

Role Responsibilities

You will be expected to carry out a wide range of groundworks, including:

Machine operation - competent use of diggers, dumpers and general plant
Manual groundworks - physical, hands‑on labour across varied sites. Operate hand tools and power equipment such as jackhammers, shovels, and compactors
New build groundwork - up to damp course
Drainage and septic systems - assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of underground utilities
Block work - basic experience required
General site duties - as needed to keep work moving efficiently

This is steady, practical work that requires focus, competence and a professional approach.
