Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Petrol Station Colleague to join our team. This role involves working evening and night shifts independently, as well as covering weekend night shifts. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating the till, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring the store remains clean, safe, and well-presented.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving customers and operating the till accurately.
- Handling cash and card transactions.
- Replenishing shelves and ensuring products are well stocked.
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the store and forecourt.
- Completing opening, closing, and shift handover procedures.
- Following all company security, health and safety, and age-restricted sales policies.
- Working independently during evening and night shifts.
- Providing friendly and professional customer service at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail, customer service, or cashier experience is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work confidently on your own during quieter evening and night shifts.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and punctual.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle cash and operate a till accurately.
- Willingness to undertake stock replenishment and general store duties.
- Flexible to work evenings, nights, and weekend shifts.
