Psychologist (Counselling / Forensic / Educational / Clinical)
Location: Bristol
Salary: Up to £74,000 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 3 days per week
Contract: Part-time / Term-time options available

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Psychologist (Counselling, Forensic, Educational or Clinical) to join a specialist school-based setting in Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team, supporting children and young people with a range of complex needs in a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver psychological assessments and interventions for children and young people
Work collaboratively with education staff and clinical teams
Contribute to EHCP assessments and reviews
Provide both formal therapy sessions and informal support within the school setting
Support staff with behavioural and emotional strategies
Maintain accurate clinical records and reports

Requirements

Qualified Psychologist (Counselling, Clinical, Educational or Forensic)
HCPC registration
Experience working with children or young people (e.g. schools, CAMHS, SEN settings)
Understanding of needs such as autism, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, or complex behaviours
Strong team working and communication skills
