Main Purpose is to oversea the day-to-day operations of the self-storage facility , supporting staff and ensuring excellent customer service.

Principal Duties:

To carry out administrative duties relating to the running of the branch operation
To provide a first point of contact for potential customers and dealing with claims.
To provide and update information to Central Administration department to ensure smooth operation of payroll and banking.
Monitoring security systems and ensuring health and safety compliance.
Problem solving
Team leadership and staff management
Meeting sales targets

Principal Responsibilities:

To ensure that all paperwork in the form of correspondence, quotation, invoices, are produced in an accurate and timely fashion
To ensure that all other paperwork is correctly filed
To ensure that incoming payments are banked correctly and in a timely manner
To oversea credit control
To promote the company to customers and sell additional services where applicable and possible.
To produce monthly reports
To produce weekly records of staff hours and submit to payroll department
To deal effectively with customers making personal visits to the branch
Ensuring the facility is safe, clean and secure.
Managing inventory of office supplies and sellable stock
