Role: Care Coordinator

Reporting to: Branch Manager

Branch: Elgin

Contract: Permanent and full time

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

Are you a dedicated and proactive person looking for a rewarding career in care? We are seeking an enthusiastic Care Coordinator to join our growing team and play a vital role in delivering outstanding care services within the community.

As a Care Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operation, ensuring that clients receive high-quality, person-centred care while supporting our dedicated team of care professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives.

The role:

Coordinating and managing care staff schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
Building positive relationships with clients, families, and care professionals.
Monitoring care provision and responding promptly to changes in client needs.
Supporting the supervision of care staff.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Assisting with on-call duties as required.
Working closely with management to continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a care coordination, scheduling, or care management role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
Knowledge of domiciliary care and relevant care regulations is desirable.
Proficiency with care management systems and ideally Google.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and support.
Must be a driver with access to vehicle
