We are seeking a proactive and organised Property Lettings Manager to oversee the rental process of residential, commercial and holiday let properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property listings, liaising with prospective tenants, and ensuring smooth communication between landlords and tenants. Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lettings process, including advertising available properties and conducting viewings.
- Liaise effectively with prospective tenants, answering queries and providing detailed information about properties.
- Coordinate with landlords to ensure properties meet legal and safety standards before lettings commence.
- Prepare tenancy agreements and organise necessary documentation for new tenants.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties and address any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities, tenant details, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies related to property lettings.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract a diverse range of tenants.
Skills
- Proven administrative experience, ideally within property management or real estate sectors.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail in preparing documentation and maintaining accurate records.
