Assembly Operatives:
We are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives for a rolling 4 week role commencing Monday 22nd June 2026 up to Mid October 26 to assist with an increase in client requirements, the role will be offered at our new facility on the Newton Aycliffe Business Park.
Working in a busy assembly environment, this role requires a high degree of manual dexterity associated to hand, eye coordination. You will be responsible for accurately following instructions to assemble components of the product, whist were required preparing them for labelling and packing, in accordance with manufacturing standards. Full training is provided.
Core Duties will include:
· Manual Assembling of : Cardboard free standing display units.
· Packing: Pack finished product and related paperwork/labelling securely in line with company and industry standards, making it ready for use in stores by client.
· Adherence to Safety Guidelines: Follow safety protocols, SOP’s, and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.

Location and Details
· Located on the Newton Aycliffe Business Park.
· On-site based
· 37.5 hours a week
· Monday to Thursday - 08:30 to 16:30hrs - Friday - 08:30 to 14:00hrs
· The salary is £13.52 per hour, (based on applicant being > 22 years old - under 22 NMW applies) overtime where worked is paid at a premium.
· Please note: As part of the application process, you will be tested on manual dexterity, following visual instructions and basic numeracy. You will also be required to undergo a Drugs & Alcohol Saliva test.
Start date for the role is Monday 22nd June 2026 on a rolling 4 weeks contract up to mid October 2026, previous applicants for this role need not apply.
