Equans is looking for a M&E Technician to join our team at University of West London. This is a full time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems
- Maintain and repair HVAC heating and water systems including BMS interfaces
- Ensure health and safety compliance and participate in water hygiene tasks
- Keep accurate maintenance and compliance records
- Provide excellent service to university staff students and visitors
- Collaborate with site teams and support subcontractors
- Participate in on call rota as required

Who are you?
- Recognised mechanical qualification such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in building services or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of mechanical plant and health and safety regulations
- Effective fault finding and problem solving skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Good communication and customer care skills
- Well organised and flexible
