Contracts Administrator
Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth
Hourly Rate:
£12.50 p/h (depending on experience)

As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of individual contracts within the organisation. You will work closely with the contract handler and manager to ensure that contracts are properly administered and compliance is maintained. This role is crucial in ensuring that all contractual needs are met efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities as Contracts Administrator:

Serve as the first point of contact for any contract-related queries.
Perform data entry for bookings and consignments.
Conduct regular data checks to ensure accuracy.
Ensure contract documentation is accurately filed and easily retrievable for the contract manager or other key parties.
Maintain comprehensive records of contracts.
Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure all contractual needs are met.

Requirements for Success as Contracts Administrator:

Previous warehouse experience with a good understanding of all warehouse processes, including bulk and case pick operations.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong IT skills and experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Data entry experience and prior transport knowledge are desirable.
