What we are looking for:

Someone who is passionate about making a difference to the everyday life of others by creating and running events and activities that are fun, interesting and inclusive

Do you have the following skills and attributes?:

Planning with a good attention to detail
Creativity with an understanding of how to engage and include a variety of people
An interest in a wide range of activity with a desire to share skills and hobbies
Patience with the ability to empower and support residents with activity choices and desired experiences
The ability to organise and prepare special events and celebrations, including those to promote the home
An ability to capture everyday life moments in photos to promote the home
Good communication skills with a variety of people, eg residents, their families and others in the local community?
