Our Frimley Green store has recently launched a brand-new kitchen offering breakfasts, brunches - and we’re looking for the right people to help us continue to build it into something special.
Whether you’re preparing coffees, serving fresh food, maintaining our displays or helping customers start their day with a smile, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
Your Role
- Deliver friendly, professional and genuine customer service
- Build strong relationships with our regular customers and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere
- Prepare hot and cold drinks to a high standard
- Serve bakery products and assist with breakfast, brunch and lunch service
- Run food and drinks to tables efficiently and professionally
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and food hygiene
- Replenish displays and stock throughout the day
- Operate the till and handle transactions accurately
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
Who We’re Looking For
- Positive, enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Naturally personable and confident when interacting with customers
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Takes pride in their work and maintains high standards
- Able to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous hospitality, retail or customer service experience is beneficial, but not essential
