WindowWorx is one of Berkshire's leading premium glazing specialists, delivering exceptional aluminium and uPVC window and door solutions to discerning homeowners, architects, developers and commercial clients.

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an ambitious and professional Sales Consultant to join our established and successful team.

This is an opportunity to represent some of the industry's most respected brands whilst working on exciting residential and commercial projects throughout the region. You'll be joining a company that values quality, expertise, customer experience and long-term relationships above all else.

The Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for converting enquiries into sales, managing customer relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the sales journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and responding to incoming enquiries from homeowners, trade customers and commercial clients
Conducting showroom consultations and site visits
Building strong relationships with customers, architects, builders and developers
Preparing detailed quotations and proposals
Following up leads and maximising conversion opportunities
Identifying opportunities for additional sales and repeat business
Maintaining excellent customer communication throughout the sales process
Representing the WindowWorx brand with professionalism and integrity at all times

About You

We are looking for an individual who combines commercial drive with excellent people skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

You will be:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Self motivated and results driven
Comfortable building relationships with a wide variety of clients
A strong listener with a consultative sales approach
Ambitious and eager to develop your career
A proactive problem solver who takes ownership of opportunities

Experience within the glazing, fenestration, home improvement or construction sectors would be advantageous, although individuals with a proven sales background and a desire to learn will also be considered.

Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence
Previous sales experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Professional appearance and presentation
