Full job description

Remuneration Package: £30,000.00 - £45,000.00/year - based on experience, pension contributions, 25+8 days holiday and excellent opportunities for career progression.

Product: natural stone, mosaics, composite stone

Requirements:

Time-efficiency;
3-5 years experience as a sawyer/machine operator & programmer;
Technical accredited qualification;
Operating machinery and hand held power tools;
Previous experience of operating & programming CNC, Waterjet machinery and hand power tools;
Cleaning and maintaining machinery and tools;
Being able to identify defective material;
Maintaining a clean and tidy work area;
Performing visual and dimensional quality inspection checks;
Ability to work towards tight deadlines and targets;
Knowledge of working with marble, granite, onyx and quartzite surfaces;
Good communication skills;
Good organisation skills and team work;
Attention to detail.
