We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious Media Sales Executive to join our friendly sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales experience who enjoys building relationships, achieving targets and working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Whether you have previous media sales experience or are looking to develop your career, we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
The Role
Working across our portfolio of print, digital and event products, you will:
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
· Sell advertising across our publications, websites and events
· Develop tailored multi-platform advertising solutions to meet clients' objectives
· Proactively generate new business opportunities
· Manage your own client portfolio from initial contact through to campaign completion
· Represent Ellis Media at exhibitions, networking events and wedding shows
· Work closely with our editorial, production and accounts teams to deliver exceptional customer service
· Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall business growth
What We're Looking For
You'll be someone who is:
· Sales-focused, target-driven and confident negotiating
· An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
· Comfortable networking and building professional relationships
· Proactive in generating and retaining business
· Highly organised with excellent time management skills
· A positive team player with a can-do attitude
· Adaptable, enthusiastic and eager to learn
· Confident using computers
Essential Requirements
· Minimum 1 year's sales experience
· Eligibility to work in the UK
Desirable
· Previous media or advertising sales experience
· Full UK driving licence
