Sales Admin & Office Support – FULL TIME, PERMANENT
The Company
Carafax Ltd are a major supplier to the caravan manufacturing and after-sales market. Products are sourced from a range of suppliers both in the UK and abroad, these are sold to trade account customers and retail customers through online websites. We are looking to appoint a new Sales Admin & Office Support worker for our busy operations in East Hull.
Hours
Monday – Thursday, 7:30am until 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am until 2:00pm with ½ hour lunch break.

Main Duties
This is an exciting opportunity to join a strong team in a fast paced but friendly office environment. You will cover a wide range of duties and deal with various internal departments, suppliers and customers.
Some of the main duties will include:-
- Processing trade sales orders and website orders
- Answering email enquiries and calls from b2b customers
- Taking steps to resolve customer enquiries, problems or complaints
- Checking payments
- Dealing with suppliers to confirm orders, report shortages/discrepancies
- Filing paperwork
- Keeping information up to date on Excel spreadsheet
- Updating stock information and checking availability
- Updating websites and internal computer system with product description/photos/prices
The Person
This role will best suit someone who is self-motivated, well organised, and is able to communicate with customers in a professional, efficient and friendly manor.
Key skills will include:-
- Methodical with a keen eye for detail - a high level of accuracy is essential
- Good communication and written skills
- Strong IT skills are a must
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Can work under pressure and thrive in a fast pace environment
