- Weld pipework to nuclear-grade standards using specialist tools and techniques
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

Obtaining Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance- Satisfactory completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
- Satisfactory completion of a basic financial probity check
