Small classes, brand new kit, and clients you'll actually get to know. If you came into Reformer to coach people properly — not to count heads in a packed room — this is the studio for you.
We're opening Auræ Reformer, a brand new boutique studio in Melton Mowbray, and we're looking for a talented instructor to help us build it from day one.
We're a small studio with high standards — proper kit, small class sizes, and a real focus on giving every client genuine attention rather than just running them through a routine. If you take pride in your teaching and you'd rather coach people well than simply fill a room, you'll fit right in.
What you'll be doing
- Leading small-group Reformer classes across a mix of abilities, from first-timers to regulars
- Coaching technique properly — correcting form, offering modifications, keeping people safe and progressing
- Creating the kind of warm, welcoming session that makes people want to come back
- Helping shape how the studio teaches as we grow and settle into the community
What we're looking for
- Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification (essential)
- Reformer Pilates qualification (essential)
- Confident, clear teaching style and genuine attention to detail
- Someone reliable who clients warm to and trust
- Valid public liability insurance (or willing to arrange it)
