Equans is looking for an M&E Electrical Apprentice to join our team at Central Middlesex Hospital. This is a full time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

Support the Estates Management team providing a 24 hour maintenance service
Assist with planned preventative maintenance and remedial work on electrical and mechanical hospital equipment including emergency lighting transformers and motors
Promote excellent customer service and liaise with other departments on maintenance issues
Observe all health and safety regulations including Health and Safety at Work Act COSHH and EAWR
Diagnose faults repair and maintain complex equipment following hospital technical guidance after suitable training
Work collaboratively with other trades where needed
Maintain ongoing personal and professional development through training programmes
Undertake any other reasonable duties relevant to the role

Who are you?

Four GCSEs Grade 4 or above including Maths English and Science or equivalent
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible and adaptable with a proactive approach to problem solving
Accountable with high integrity and respect for others
Team player focused on meeting customer needs
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
