What you will bring

Previous supervisory experience in Housekeeping within a 5-star luxury hotel.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a high-performing team.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining luxury standards.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Your responsibilities

Prepare daily worksheets for Floor Housekeepers, Room Attendants, Linen Porters and Public Area Attendants with special daily, weekly and monthly duties
Check all vacant and occupied rooms on the assigned floors daily so as to ensure they are supplied, cleaned and presented to the standard of the Hotel and LQA
Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
