£15 (includes Service Charge)

If you’re ready to step into a leadership role in a vibrant bar environment,this is your opportunity to make an impact. As Bar Supervisor,you’ll support the management team while leading by example on the floor,driving service standards and team performance.

You’ll combine strong product knowledge with commercial awareness,ensuring both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Your day-to-day:

Supervising the bar team during service
Managing stock levels,orders and beverage profit
Coaching and developing team members
Maintaining high service and presentation standards
Supporting wider restaurant operations as required

What you’ll need:

Experience supervising in a bar or restaurant setting
Strong knowledge of beverages and service standards
Confident leadership and communication skills
Ability to stay organised during busy shifts
